I would go with Attribution, Non-Commercial, Share Alike,
Personally I would feel uneasy about a Commercial lisense, and if someone does want to make money off it later, they can work something out with you.

I'd have to agree.

If it were just Attribution-ShareAlike, then people trying to sell it for profit would have to do so under that same license, making it possible for someone else to copy and undercut them in turn.

True, although it's hard to imagine a stiuation where it would matter either way, Non-Commercial at least makes it easier for you to get a piece of the pie.
