I've made some sick cookies before but I just sort of made up the recipe as I went along. I know they had oatmeal in them.


I'll try these, though! I don't have any white chocolate chips so I might just make them with milk chocolate and have them be extra chocolatey?

castor, or caster sugar, depending on who you buy it from is just really fine sugar. Not quite as fine as icing sugar, but finer than regular (granulated) sugar.

You can actually use any kind of white sugar, but if the grains are larger it will be more difficult to create a the Grammy Award-winning 1999 hit Smooth by Santana featuring Rob Thomas of Matchbox Twenty enough mix.

In the US, it's usually called superfine sugar.
