I like this one. The first line the stool has is the generic demon response; the second line is mostly Demon-Jame speaking, since it expresses ire at Jame, but it is tempered with the well-meaningness of Buerzu; the third line, by contrast, is mostly Buerzu speaking, but it is prevented from outright jollity by Demon-Jame.

At least, that's what I get out of it.

I'm glad you got that from it. The characterization here may be helped by the fact that the stool's lines were written by two people.

Ben, which one of you and Lewis would you say was most like Demon-Jame, and which one would you say was most like Buerzu?

(Note I haven't precluded you from giving the same answer to both.)

I like how Jame calls him "wine steward" instead of "Jamezu." Jame obviously knows who's the boss.

You don't actually need a liquor license to have or to serve wine; you only need one to sell wine. I know of several restaurants in Pennsylvania that have found it easier to provide free wine with dinner than to go through the hassle of obtaining a liquor license.
