Alt text: Wait, does Jame not like Blueteen?

I like this one. Jame just sounds so weary. He has to endure this sort of thing from Sid and Stephen every single day.

Czar sounds like it's more the executive branch, but then in some places the executive and the legislative aren't very seperate (witness Britain, for example, where the Government can usually pass whatever the damn hell it wants). Jame's dislike of Blueteen probably dates back to about #240.

I think he's got some legislative power, the czar in Terror Island has had legislative and judicial power at least. I don't recall any instances of it being an executive position, but I'm not exactly sure what "executive position" entails.

Well, in Britain, Parliament is the legislative 'cos it passes laws, and the Queen is technically the executive because she's the one who can go medieval - I mean, declare war - on other countries and things. So I guess being able to declare war is one kind of executive power. But Geography City isn't at war.

Terror Island has a King (Lord Terror), but that might not be canon and he might not be king of Geography City either. The fact it has a Czar suggests it's a republic.

I reckon that the Mayor is the executive branch of Geographic government.

EDIT: Right, according to Wiki the executive is the branch responsible for the day-to-day running of the state and enforcing law. And Blueteen seems to go around making, enforcing and interpreting laws, so it looks as if he's the judicarive, executive and legislative branch all rolled into one! Go Blueteen!
