They might actually be “scratchers” or something and not tickets. sorry to all who read the thread title and got the wrong idea in their heads.

Great comic. The first set of scratchers were already kind of outlandish and weird, but then the second set knocked them out of the ballpark. Good show!

Nice to see the black woman (whose name I've forgotten, which makes me feel like a bad person) again also.

:mick:
I've been rereading and then just reading through the Terror Island archives, and in the comments I saw Ben & Lewis link to the Sonty Mick review of the comic, pretending to be indignant (which was awesome), but then in the comments people were being really angry that Sonty Mick thought Terror Island was a bad comic. I was surprised to see that people who enjoyed Terror Island would have so little insight as to not realize that Sonty Mick is not serious.

Or did they just trick me?

Anyway that's my story, I posted it mostly as an excuse to use :mick:.

That first wave of scratchoffs is only a little bit crazier than the reality.

This one has accidentally cloned Bill the Cat for use as an unironic mascot.

This one appears to be trying to appeal to furries.

Ha! If you had hidden a few of the real tickets in your comic I would never have guessed which ones were satirical.
