Maybe because it's a great comic.

Did you read through Powerup Adventure too?

Yeah, I tried to do it concurrently too so the Chugless strips were together :chug:

I was impressed that even after like 100 strips they were finding new ways to riff off the theme. The rape storyline thing was genius.

I'm definitely getting the Powerup Itch again.

Every time I get the Powerup Itch, though, I forget to update Tall Comics.

So I will probably not act on it until I'm good and sure that I have the time for it.

Hmm, I just finished PUC and am reading PUA (are those the right abbreviations? I assume not)

What I don't get is who the author is. Is it Unwinder. Is it a bunch of people. Excuse my ignorance and lack researching skills.

PS their Fuck'in hilarious

All I really did was select which comics made the cut.

And I had very low standards.

Wait, actually that's misleading.

I also came up with the idea, made all of the art, and wrote a bunch of the best storylines.

Huge chunks of it aren't my doing, though.

Dadow and Darkwinkle and Francis, for instance, aren't my doing (which makes a lot of sense, since they are obviously edits of other characters)

And most of my favorite strips are by other people.

I did the Super Mario Galaxy one. Also some others, but that was my high point.

OK I finished Adventures too and dang that is a cliffhanger.

I keep imagining a storyline where Shadow gets lonely and tires of gaming, and starts reading literature and turns into like some douchebag existential philosopher.

I know you're all thinking it.

But I'll be the one to say it.

Thinkin'. Lincoln. Powerup. Mashup.

I am thrilled that the filter kicks in when you divide "Thinkin' Lincoln" with a period.

I think with Amy Powerup is quickly becoming a heartbreaking work of staggering genius.

Powerup becomes profound whenever Shadow is undermined by his own artist.
