Well, the inverted capital G is certainly the dairy sentry cursed to talk like a dog. Since I got the cornersheep, this was practically a gimme.
The latter half of 'Gearbox (gearbox) finds kitten' is clearly Robot finds kitten. Based on this, I suppose that Gearbox is the GearBox robotic ball system. Not quite clear on the reason for repeating it in parentheses.
And GTFIMP is googleable, with the first hit making some degree of sense in context. Some.
And 'Arcadia's ex' remains obscure.

Knowledge of DC landmarks isn't strictly required for getting the references in that panel, but it helps. The GearBox robotic ball is news to me, but it does fit decently.
Oh, and the repetition of Triangle & Robert is one of a few ways this strip hints at how to figure out the original obscura strip. The other ways are less obvious.
